Welcome to PCOS Today

Women and girls with polycystic ovarian syndrome need relevant and want unique information about the disorder. Between 10% and 15% of all women and girls of childbearing age deal with symptoms of PCOS, whether they know it or not. Either known as PCOS, androgen excess, metabolic syndrome, or a host of other names, this disorder leaves very few parts of the human female anatomy untouched. PCOS Today is here to provide up-to-date resources about PCOS.

Stories about PCOS: The Teenage Years

Ladies (age 18 years or older), did you start dealing with PCOS during your teen years? If so, I’d like to publish your story (if you’re willing to tell it).  I am writing a book for teenage girls about dealing with PCOS. Your stories would help the girls reading this book realize they are not alone. To tell your story, send Editor Linda Harvey an e-mail. No more than 500 words, no less than 150.
Names and other identifying information will be changed to protect your privacy.
